Si te apuntas en pryka.app guardamos tu correo, tu @ de Instagram si lo dejas, la fecha y desde qué botón te apuntaste. Lo usamos solo para avisarte del lanzamiento de Pryka e invitarte a probarla. La base es tu consentimiento, que das al marcar la casilla y que puedes retirar cuando quieras.
Estos datos se guardan en nuestro CRM, GoHighLevel. Los conservamos mientras sigas en la lista o uses Pryka, y los borramos cuando nos lo pidas.
Cuando la app esté abierta y conectes tu cuenta de Instagram con tu permiso, por la API oficial de Meta, Pryka usará:
Solo los usamos para darte el servicio. No los vendemos, no los cedemos a terceros para publicidad y puedes pedir que los borremos cuando quieras (ver eliminar datos). Puedes quitar el acceso de Pryka en cualquier momento desde la configuración de Instagram.
Solo los proveedores que necesitamos para funcionar: Cloudflare (aloja esta web), GoHighLevel (CRM) y Meta (la API de Instagram). Algunos están en Estados Unidos, así que tus datos pueden tratarse fuera de la Unión Europea, con las garantías que estos proveedores ofrecen para transferencias internacionales.
Esta web no instala cookies propias ni de analítica. Carga tipografías de Google Fonts y librerías de cdnjs y jsDelivr, que reciben tu dirección IP al servirlas.
Puedes pedir acceso a tus datos, corregirlos, borrarlos, llevártelos, limitar su uso u oponerte a él, y retirar tu consentimiento. Escribe a thebuildlabtech@gmail.com desde el correo con el que te apuntaste. Te respondemos en un plazo máximo de 30 días. Si crees que no lo hemos hecho bien, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

If you join the waitlist on pryka.app we store your email, your Instagram handle if you give it, the date and which button you used. We use it only to tell you when Pryka launches and to invite you to try it. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box, which you can withdraw at any time.
This data is stored in our CRM, GoHighLevel. We keep it while you are on the list or use Pryka, and delete it when you ask us to.
Once the app is open and you connect your Instagram account with your permission, through Meta's official API, Pryka will use:
We use this data only to provide the service. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for advertising, and you can ask us to delete it at any time (see data deletion). You can remove Pryka's access at any time from your Instagram settings.
Only the providers we need to operate: Cloudflare (hosts this site), GoHighLevel (CRM) and Meta (the Instagram API). Some are in the United States, so your data may be processed outside the European Union, under the safeguards these providers offer for international transfers.
This site sets no first-party or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and libraries from cdnjs and jsDelivr, which receive your IP address when serving them.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent. Write to thebuildlabtech@gmail.com from the email you signed up with.
